+ Very nice personnel, good english. Great appliances in the kitchen, very clean and functional, and some have microwave. Good breakfast options. (Washing machine, oven, bread grill, ironing plank...)
- sometimes bathtub is a bit old and shower gel single portion is not the best very difficult to open and you only have one for 2. Only one towels for body not for hair.
A bit old playgrounds and swimming pool.
- some rooms are a bit far from the entry
But the location a bit remote and calm, only 5 minutes from good restaurants and activity.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities, the centerpiece of which is a large outdoor pool. The breakfast has good variety with several new dishes each day in addition to staples. Staff varied in friendliness from always helpful cleaning staff to sometimes unsmiling front desk staff. All in all, recommended.

Good apartments … near to lake and various cafés , have many amenities for kids to have fun !

房間很寬敞，設施齊全，家電都是日韓名牌，帶烘乾的洗衣機在濕度大的越南是幫了大忙。

The room is spacious and of good view, beddings are comfortable and clean.
Location is ok, you will need to take a cab down to the downtown Hanoi but the distance also keep you away from the noise. Overally a good choice for family stay.

Fantastic place. Apartment was just like photos. Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Clean, hot shower, comfortable bed. Separate bedroom and lounge with a tv in each. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and even a small supply of washing powder. These are the little touches that make a difference. Would definitely recommend.

酒店臨近西湖，應該算是社區型酒店，區域不小，可以在小區里散步，也有看到很少戶數門口很多雙鞋子的家庭。客廳廚房臥室都算大的了，因為出差一天，都沒有使用任何房內設施，有個游泳池蠻大的。適合來出差數日的人或家庭。

The room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.
